Having launched comprehensive expansion plans to amplify knitting and dyeing capabilities, Özsar Tekstil has invested over 10 million Euros in a state-of-the-art production complex in the Velimeşe Organized Industrial Zone, scheduled to operate at full capacity within the year.
Highlighting the strategic imperative of innovation for superior manufacturing performance and global product quality, Senayi Sartık, Chairman of the Board of Özsar Tekstil, stated: “With this landmark investment exceeding 10 million Euros, we have acquired and completely restructured a new manufacturing facility in Velimeşe OSB, equipping it with the world’s most sophisticated textile machinery. This strategic expansion doubles our output, raising our manufacturing capacity to 50 tons daily and 1,500 tons monthly.”
“Production, Production, Production…”
Emphasizing that future developments will not rest here, Sartık revealed ongoing feasibility studies for raw material and spinning investments: “Turkey has emerged as an increasingly pivotal powerhouse in the global textile supply chain. The pandemic underscored the vital importance of self-sufficient, uninterrupted domestic manufacturing. In alignment with this principle, we will continue expanding our sustainable manufacturing model, with priority feasibility studies for direct cotton and yarn investments.”
